Stunning Georgian Apartment on Iconic Great Pulteney Street
Immerse yourself in Bath's elegance! Nestled within a prestigious five-storey townhouse on the city's most photographed street, this spacious two-floor apartment blends exquisite Georgian charm with modern comfort. Freshly redecorated with new carpets, paint, and furniture, it offers a serene escape just 5-10 minutes' walk from the Roman Baths and all main attractions.
Your Elegant Retreat:
Grand Ground Floor: Soaring ceilings flood the sitting room with light, featuring original shutters, a marble fireplace, 55-inch smart TV, piano, and plush seating (including a convertible sofa). The adjacent kitchen-diner is a chef's delight with Rangemaster cooker, Ninja air fryer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher, and a beautiful mango wood table for 8.
Tranquil Lower Floor: Unwind in two restful king-size bedrooms (master with 42-inch Fire TV) and a cozy single bedroom, all echoing period charm. Freshen up in the family bathroom (bathtub + rainfall shower) or the convenient walk-in rainfall shower room on the half-landing. (Travel cot provided).
Private Garden Sanctuary: Relax amidst mature apple trees and shrubs in your tranquil rear garden, featuring a pond and direct access to The Pulteney Arms pub and Henrietta Park.
Effortless Convenience: Laundry cupboard with washer/dryer + detergent provided. Rest easy knowing all linens are professionally cleaned and pressed, and the entire apartment receives a professional clean after every stay.
A Note for Smaller Groups (4 or fewer guests):
To keep our base rates affordable, your booking is priced for the use of the two king bedrooms. You will have the entire home to yourselves. Should you require the additional third bedroom or the sofa bed, extra fees will be charged.
This helps us cover the significant increase in laundry and professional cleaning services required to prepare the extra spaces.
Local Expert, Global Soul!
Having called beautiful Bath home for 20 years and studied/worked as a biologist at the university, I know this UNESCO city inside out – from its secret lanes to its most breathtaking Skyline and other walks. My academic life brought me close to people worldwide, deepening my love for different cultures and flavours. My spare time reflects this blend: tending my garden, playing badminton, hiking our stunning coasts (or Scotland!), travelling further afield, and cooking dishes inspired by my global connections. I'm excited to share both my local secrets and worldly spirit with you!
