Company information

Kin is a family run business (hence the name!). Having put our labours into repairing and converting this beautiful building, you will find us cooking up delicious grub in the cafe, or tending the verdent garden complete with vegetable beds and greenhouses. Our cafe, Kin Kitchen, is open Tuesday to Saturday,, 9.30am to 4.30pm, The cafe is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Property information

Kin Rooms are four studio apartments located in a beautiful listed building in the centre of Ludlow. They sit above Kin Kitchen, a stylish cafe restaurant run by the same owners. All the apartments are accessed by stairs, with Flats 1, 2 and 3 off the first floor, and Flat 4 up a further flight of stairs on the second floor. A two year, labour of love, renovation project has brought to life a previously unloved historic building and walled garden.

Neighbourhood information

At the centre of Ludlow, historic buildings abound, with plenty of pubs, independent shops, and restaurants to explore throughout the town. A market hosting local producers and makers is regularly in town, situated in front of the imposing castle walls. A beautiful river curves majestically past, with Mortimer Forest rising dramatically behind, offering plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling, and exploring the countryside armed with a map and a camera!
