Recently renovated family home situated in the centre of the village with views of The Estuary ,Viaduct and Lakeland Fells . Our luxury bedrooms have a unique personality and offer all the amenities expected by the most discerning traveler. They have been tastefully decorated by the owners with modern and vintage fittings. There is a large lounge where you can sit , relax, look out of the bay window at the Estuary and enjoy the calm of the birds feeding and playing in the garden . You can also sit outside on the terraced garden taking in the views of the Estuary and the surrounding Fells. Our much acclaimed and praised breakfast is served in the lounge/dining room over looking the garden. We cook our breakfast for pleasure " Your pleasure". We will set you up for the day with our varied local sourced breakfast ingredients . A hearty Cumbrian cooked breakfast or a healthy light Salmon and poached egg ,yoghurt fresh diced fruit various cereals fruit juice teas and coffees..We can accommodate all dietary needs. There are two pubs in the village serving food and drink one being 100 yards from Kentwood with a few other eating establishments.

Hello from David and Alexander We love our guests and will do all we can to make sure they all have a special stay and an enjoyable time in Arnside and the surrounding areas.We know all the local places to visit, the best walks on the fells or to the next village or even walk to The RSPB Centre to have a day watching the birds in the reserve.Our local knowledge of eating places for light lunches ,dinners or just a lovely afternoon tea is second to none . We started running the guest house in April 2019 after it being Davids family home for 47 years we thought long and hard on how to renovate his home keeping most of its quirky character so that you our guests could come here to to relax and enjoy what we have done to make it comfortable for our guests. Our passion is cooking and baking one of the best breakfast in the area sourcing food locally. We try and do our best to make this a memorable visit. From light refreshments with home baked cake on arrival to driving or collecting you from pubs outside the village so that you feel truly relaxed.
