There are also fantastic bus links within close proximity of the house with direct routes to Chester Zoo and Cheshire Oaks. The space South Avenue is a larger than average 3 bedroomed terraced home boasting a lounge, dining room and large kitchen with a fantastic south facing garden complete with lovely outdoor dining furniture and a fabulous TIKI bar! Guest access The whole house is available for guests to enjoy. There is just one cupboard space that is restricted which contains housekeeping goods. Please note due to the age and style of the property we are unbale to fix stair gates. The stairs are also in-keeping with the period of the house and quite steep in nature.
