This incredible first-floor, bran-new Apartment offers 80 SqM of living space with its own private sun-kissed terrace. Its fusion Rustic Luxury style is the result of a detailed work from a famous interior designer. High ceilings, large bay windows, stunning views over quiet residential street, brand-new luxury furniture, wooden floors, large leafy sun-kissed terrace, modern kitchen and bathroom, huge beds with super comfortable memory foam mattresses. In order to request for the additional bed, a booking of 5 GUESTS needs to be made. The bed is a comfortable single bed with memory foam mattress and complete with its bedding. - Early (before 4 PM) / Late (after 10 PM) check-in is possible for extra fee. - It is possible to request housekeeping for extra fee. - Late check outs (after 10AM) to be requested for an extra fee. - A COT can be provided under request for GBP100 per stay. - A COT & HIGH-CHAIR cab be provided under request for GBP150 per stay.
