Halwell was built in 1925 and the house retains many of its original period features. The dining room and conservatory can be used by guests throughout their stay.
The house is surrounded by a large garden well stocked with mature plants and trees. There are views of the Hayle estuary from the garden. Tables and sun loungers are available for the use of guests.
The house is decorated throughout with the owners' collection of paintings both modern and older, featuring mainly Cornish artists and locations.
