Our apartment is one of six situated within the impressive and imposing building known as Grosvenor Lodge Birkdale. We personally refurbished the apartment in 2020, and look forward to welcoming guests who wish enjoy the peace and quiet that our apartment provides. The other apartments are owner-occupied, ensuring the gardens, and communal areas are always tastefully presented and well maintained. Within the apartment, there is a welcoming entrance hall where you can kick off your shoes, and hang your hats and coats. To the front of the apartment is a spacious reception lounge which is open plan to a modern fitted kitchenette with oven, hob, extractor hood, under-counter fridge and washing machine (should you need it). The lounge has two sofas with the larger opening to a good size pull-out bed. The smart TV proves Freeview and Netflix if you are after a cosy night in, in front of the TV. To the centre of the apartment is the modern fitted bathroom suite comprising of a bath with shower fitted over, pedestal sink and WC. To the rear is a fabulous size double bedroom with King Size Bed to guarantee a great night's sleep, open wardrobe, and storage drawers.

Converted in 2004, Grosvenor Lodge is now occupied by 6 attractive apartments with our very own being located on the first floor with a garden view. We are ideally located for many amenities namely, Royal Birkdale & Hillside Golf Courses, and the bustling Birkdale Village with its array of independent restaurants, cafe bars and boutique retail outlets. There is also the convenience of the mainline train station within Birkdale village which provides easy access to Liverpool City center, Liverpool Airport, Southport, and connections to Machester and Preston. On the doorstep of Birkdale, we also enjoy miles of coastal sandy beaches which pass through Birkdale and onto Formby.
