This 3-bedroom house is close to the city center and located in a nice neighborhood with new houses. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
The house consists on the ground floor of one open-plan living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, utensils, etc. Still, on the ground floor, there is one toilet, storage room, and garden. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms.

The neighbourhood is very friendly and a perfect spot to take a rest after a long day or night in the cosmopolitan and vibrant city of Manchester.
Although there is bus and tram close by, a taxi to the city cost only around 6 pounds.
