We live in the farmhouse next door and we are around if you need us but we will not disturb you during your stay. There is minimal noise transfer through our thick stone walls.

We are surrounded by beautiful woodlands, hedges and fields, and we have some amazing sunsets. It is an idyllic spot to spend some quality time. We do have neighbours nearby but it still feels like the middle of nowhere. It’s best if you have a car but, if we can, we are happy to pick you up from Ladybank train station - about 10 mins. We have a good taxi service and our lovely local Inn (Open Wed-Sat) is walkable- a pleasant 15 mins but probably only in spring & summer on lighter nights. There is a direct bus to & from Glasgow which will drop you in the village and we will happily pick you up if we can.
