Nick & Anita welcome you to Foxton Barn. We try to go above & beyond to offer a fabulous Air B&B holiday home for our guests. The two Holiday properties that we own are rated as 5-Star and we want the experience to be up there with the best air B&Bs availible. We are always on hand to assist our important guests and are happy to help in any way we can.

Dear Guest, We are really looking forward to meeting you. We hope you love Foxton Lodge (or) Foxton Barn as much as we do. As relatively new hosts we always try to go above & beyond to offer our guests a home from home experience set in a beautiful & secure environment. Once you enter the main entrance gates you are in your own little private world. The 2 properties are very spacious and are finished to a high standard. There is plenty of outside space including a large paddock and patio area. There is plenty of secure on site parking directly outside your holiday home. We supply luxury linins & bath towels for our guests and we always leave a welcome pack to get guests started. All bathrooms have complimentary shower wash ready for use. There is a Cardio gym for guests to use and a fantastic games room with Pool table, darts board, books & DVDs including a music device so you can stream your favourite tunes. A table tennis table is also availible during the summer months. Both Foxton Lodge & Foxton Barn are perfect properties for a relaxing getaway. Ideal for a family get-together, romantic weekend stay or perhaps just a great location to visit the Garden of England - Kent. We want our guests to sit back & relax and enjoy their stay at Foxton Lodge or Foxton Barn.

Harrietsham is a small town just outside Maidstone. We are spoiled with having lots of fabulous local restaurants & pubs, including a local winery and we also have the pleasure to be situated in the garden of England - Kent. Foxton Lodge & Foxton Barn are positioned very close to the beautiful Leeds castle & Kent county showground. We are relatively close to both the coast & The channel tunnel. There is a local train station approx. 8 minutes walk away. Being just off the M20 (Junction 8) our location offers quick access to both London & also the coast.
