Fernhill has been a small, independent family run Business for 18 years in Rochdale, based on a working horse farm with plenty of horses, stables, tractors with surrounding fields of sheep and cows.

Fernhill is a unique, 10 room hotel that has been family run for 18 years nestled amongst some of the most tranquil surroundings in Rochdale. We have a large private car park and are situated on a working horse farm in a small 16th Century hamlet accessed by a private lane and surrounded on all sides by breath-taking views over three counties. Fernhill is close to sprawling moors yet we are only 5 minutes from Rochdale Town Centre; 10 minutes off the M62 and a 30-minute drive from Manchester City Centre. Our beautifully converted barn and stable buildings offer excellent facilities for all guests. There is ample free, private parking. Fernhill has tastefully decorated en-suite rooms, with large Smart TVs, power showers and each room has its own thermostat so you can be as cosy as you want!
