Skiddaw Lodges- The Lake District

Hi I'm Dave Me and my brother Jim, along with our parents Jean and Jim bought these 2 caravans in May 2024 with a view to providing a very warm, welcoming space for people looking to unwind and enjoy the beautiful Lake District or provide a stopover to explore the West coast of Scotland. I am a self-confessed Lake District addict and have been coming for over 40 years now. I am an experienced hiker, having completed all 214 Wainwrights, I still come over every 2 weeks- so if anyone needs any advice on walks, I will gladly help. As a family we stay in both caravans from time to time, and we take great pride in maintaining a home-from-home type environment for our guests to enjoy aswell. If anyone needs information or has a problem whilst staying, please don't hesitate to contact me directly- if I can't solve it, our lovely cleaner Dominika is 10 minutes away and is more than happy to help. Travel cot and highchair. Front garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Grounds with (shared with other properties on-site). 1 dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.
