We are always available by text, email or even face to face. We used to own and run a very busy B&B and loved interacting with our guests. We can provide any information on the area- where to visit for days out and recommend places to eat. Quiet residential area. 5 minute walk from the studio, looking to the right, after 5 houses there is a narrow path leading to the road,then a 2 minute walk to the first beach. 10 minute walk to the middle of Criccieth town. Go left from the studio to the road, left again,over the bridge and then right to town. Bus and train route to Criccieth. Stunning coastal walks. Parking off road for 2 cars.
