Emerald Lodge

We have lived here at this address for 15 years with our children , one of whom has now moved out and brought his own house in the village and the other still here with us .

The property is a one bedroom flat with sofa bed in the living room , it has its own private parking space with path leading around the back to a private patio area with a table and chairs and BBQ . On entering there is an area for shoes, coats and any dirty dogs until clean and dry . There is a wet room here as well with toilet and sink . You then go upstairs to a kitchen / living area , another bathroom with a toilet and sink , and your double bedroom . There is central heating and wifi . The kitchen is equipped with a single oven and induction hob ,fridge , microwave, kettle , toaster and a coffee . Tea , coffee and milk will be there for you on arrival . A key safe gives access to the property.

We live in a thriving village with a pub , shop , library, vets and two schools . It’s surrounded by beautiful forests with amazing walks , and has the Piddle river running through it . We are 4 miles from the County town of Dorchester with train and bus links along the Jurrasic coast. You have Sculptures by the lakes just a couple of miles up the road in Tincleton which is worth a visit along with lots of beautiful beaches also only a few miles away.
