Dot's Escape is a newly renovated property, it is 5 minute walk from the train station and 15 minute walk to town, harbour or the beach.
It is a lovely single storey bungalow, with parking for 3 cars and a sunny patio and garden.
Relax with the whole family or friends.
This newly renovated single storey property has 2 bedrooms to the front and the kitchen and lounge are at the back.
The lounge is open and airy with bi-fold doors that open onto the patio. The lounge has a smart TV and comfy seating for 4.
The kitchen is well equipped and has a dining table and seating for 4 people with a small conservatory attached to it which leads out to the garden.
The garden is lovely and sunny has a patio area with outdoor seating for 4 to 6 people.
This property is dog friendly upon request.

Residential area. Near to the train station and the crab and winkle line that you can walk all the way to Canterbury.
We have parking for 3 cars on the driveway and the train station is 5 minute walk away.
