Enjoy a lovely getaway at this centrally located place. The flat is cosy and stylish, 5 min walk from Kendal town centre, 2 min from Kendal train station and 5 min to the bus station. Windermere 10 min by train. This really is a fantastic place to be for all Kendal and nearby amenities. The gateway to the lakes! There are various carparks around the property, the best is opposite at the Riverside Hotel. There is also Sands Avenue Car park, just a 5 min walk away.

We are in an amazingly unique space among houses, businesses, and a college. The building opposite on the street used to be an old brewery. The windows are great to watch the people below. We are a 2-minute walk from Kendal train station, giving access to Staveley, Windermere, and Bowness. Then an open-top bus rides to Ambleside, Grasmere and Keswick. Catch the 555 bus (every hour) route from the bus station, giving access to the whole of the lakes !!! 5 mins by car to Sainsbury’s and Aldi, 2 min walk to Lidl, and we have a convenience store on the street below, as well as a great Indian restaurant, Domino pizza 5 minutes walk away, plus many fantastic bars and cafes. Short walk to Kendal Castle, plus many local walks.
