We are a family run guest house, and moved here in April 21, from Coventry. We’ve been visiting the Lakes, especially Keswick, for 15 years, and always wanted to live here.
We enjoy meeting a variety of guests, be they walkers, cyclists, sightseers, or just passing through the town. Everyone has a different story.
We enjoy walking, and have recently decided to try and walk all of the 214 Wainwright’s, we’ve walked many of them previously, but now we have the book we need to do them all again!!

We are just a short stroll from Keswick Town Centre and Derwentwater, generally acknowledged as the most beautiful of our Lakes. Keswick is a great base for visiting all six Lakes, discovering our valleys and climbing our mountains.
