Built on the success of The Penthouse with Gated Parking, we introduce our second property, The Duplex with Deck and full air conditioning (in the living space). Completed in December 2019, the property is based in a quiet road, next to Dane Park and close to shops. The beach and Margate Old Town is about 15 minutes walk. It's a quiet garden facing two-storey property (no one above) boasting two large luxurious bedrooms, one with an 8 foot plush headboard, and ipad) both have 1000 pocket sprung mattresses and all cotton bedding. *There is a Ring doorbell outside the front door of the property and for the protection of neighbours, there is also a Minut device within the property which can only act as a decibel reader for the prevention of parties or sound abuse. The Minut cannot record conversation or distinguish what noises are, they just detect volume, movement, heat and marijuana. There is a Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube and Amazon and an Xbox with a few games. We have a cot/high chair/toddler loo seat, baby gate, plates and cutlery within the property for families.

I love Margate and the seaside generally so in 2018, I decided to combine my love of the seaside with my interest in interior design and open the Penthouse. It was so popular, The Duplex was added in 2019. My latest property is in Littlestone, New Romney joined the trio in 2022. Search for 'Compact Coastal Crib'. Hospitality is honestly my calling! With the shops and restaurants at the end of the road, Aldi, The Shell Grotto and The Caves only a few minutes away, Central Margate, the beach and the Old Town are only a short walk from the Duplex. Busses, taxis all available, Margate train station a 12-15 minute walk.
