Just 6 miles from the historic city of Carlisle, The Crown Hotel is set in the picturesque village of Wetheral. It boasts leisure facilities that include a 12-metre pool and EV Charging Points on site. Elegantly decorated, each room features an en suite bathroom, complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. A safe, a radio and a telephone are also included. Within the hotel leisure club, there is also a sauna and a steam room. The award-winning The Conservatory Restaurant uses local produce to create English/French-style cooking. Walton's Bar serves traditional pub food with a selection of Real Ales. The Crown's beautiful landscaped gardens overlook the Pennines and the River Eden.

Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with and then by the hotel prior to arrival.

Please note that mainly on weekends, the hotel hold functions and some rooms can be affected by noise until 01:00. The hotel will endeavor to allocate rooms away from function noise but cannot guarantee that all rooms will not be affected.

The hotel accepts dogs in a limited number of bedrooms for £15 per night. Guests must advise the hotel at the time of booking if a dog-friendly room is required in order for the hotel to confirm availability.
