Situated in the picturesque and quiet area of St Lukes, close to Sandford Park, the Lido, Montpellier, and the Strand which are a 5 minute walk away. The Promenade and Town Centre is a 10 minute walk. The Courtyard Garden Flat has a separate entrance which is situated around the corner from the main entrance to the building and down the stairs. The room has a coffee machine inside and locks on the doors. A very comfortable bed with 10.5 tog new duvet & duvet cover/pillow cases. A red Fat Boy Rock n Roller chair is in the room along with a chest of drawers. There are coat hangers on the dryer to hang shirts and a coat hook on the door for coats. A cat is in residence also.
I love walking in the countryside, especially Cleeve and Leckhampton Hills, socializing and meeting new people. I have spent many years traveling and living abroad in the Levant and the Far East, Africa and the Middle East.
St Luke’s is a beautiful quiet hidden gem. Close to a conservation area and situated close to parks and the town centre. In a conservation area, you can access the beauty of Sandford Park is a 5 minute walk away. There are gym facilities in the park along with a table tennis table.
