Each Cotswold Grey apartment has its own unique style and has been created by sensitively adapting the space above the Old Ironmongers with specially selected soft furnishings, lighting and furniture. Technology has been seamlessly blended into the accommodation, including Sonos music systems, HD flat screens and fully equipped kitchens. Our accommodation has been designed with you in mind, with space, comfort and affordability a priority. We hope you’ll enjoy our little touches of opulence and return and visit us again in this most special part of the world. Please note: This property is located on the first floor of the building and is only accessible via outdoor stairs. Access can be gained by day through the Cotswold Grey shop, out of opening hours it is via garden entrance on Hospital road.

Neighbourhood information

Moreton-in-Marsh is an ancient market town originally founded on the Roman Fosse Way situated in the beautiful North Cotswolds. Moreton has been a traveller's town for at least 1700 years and was used as a coaching station before the coming of the Oxford to Worcester railway in 1853. There are many buildings along the High Street dating from the 17th and 18th Centuries. Many Roman remains have been found in the nearby hamlet of Dorn. Moreton-in-Marsh was granted its market charter in 1227 and the vibrant and bustling market is still held every Tuesday throughout the year. The Cotswold Grey apartments and shop occupy a site historically occupied by an ironmonger - a history that goes back over 160 years.
