Property information

A wonderful Lakeland property offering amazing views across Lake Windermere and the fells beyond, with landscaped gardens and an elevated decking area offering spacious outside seating taking in the breath-taking views. It also features a full size tennis court and equipment. This property can accommodate up to 10 guests. There is a large lounge with wood burning stove, formal dining room and conservatory with access onto the terraces, TV Lounge and study. Large kitchen with Aga, breakfast room and utility area. 2 master en-suite bedrooms both with stunning dual aspect views. Three further twin or king bedrooms with a large family bathroom. Most rooms have window seats where you can take in the stunning scenery with a cup of coffee or gin & tonic!

Stunning rural location surrounded by hills and fields with views across Lake Windermere to the Lakeland hills. In walking distance to Bowness and the central Lake District.
