Brylach Steading, in the heart of Speyside, is a historic holiday home offering three comfortable cottages (Coachman’s Cottage, The Bothy, The Hayloft) benefitting from courtyard and Glen views.
Coachman’s Cottage is a 2-bed cottage, the Bothy is a 1-bed cottage and The Hayloft is a 1-bed apartment all of which form part of the original Carriage Houses and Stables for the nearby Glen of Rothes House, dating to 1873. Centred around an impressive courtyard with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside of beautiful Speyside.
A relaxing hideaway retreat or base to experience an abundance of activities and pursuits that are on the doorstep. Guests are spoilt for choice with many local attractions including walking, cycling, skiing, fishing, golf, whiskey tours, wildlife spotting, and historic sites.
The nearest villages are Rothes, Craigellachie and Aberlour with Elgin a short 20min drive.

We welcome well behaved dogs and ask that house rules are followed keeping furry friends off of the furniture. There is an additional deep clean fee per stay.

Brylach Steading is under and hours drive to Inverness, the Capital of the Highlands, an impressive small city with a relaxed vibe. Approx 90 minutes in the opposite direction takes you to the bustling city of Aberdeen.
Within striking distance from Brylach you can find amazing beaches, walking paths, nature reserves, Cairngorms National Park, water sports, rock climbing, golfing, mountain biking, fishing lakes and river fishing plus world famous Malt distilleries in abundance. For those looking for a more leisurely pace there are beautiful Loch walks, restaurants, castles and natural wildlife and scope for total relaxation.
