Joel
A Lancastrian through and through, I first discovered my love for catering and hospitality at the age of 14, when I was lucky enough to work in the kitchens of Abbeystead country estate, belonging to the Duke of Westminster.
This experience led me to the decision to study catering at college. Following this, I worked in some of the most beautiful hotels in the UK, including Down Hall, Eastwell Manor, Montague Arms and Rhinefield House. I concluded this stint in the hospitality industry at the Edgwarebury Hotel, where I met my lovely wife, Tracey.
Tracey
A proud Yorkshire lass, I studied at Huddersfield Technical College and discovered my love for hospitality whilst working as a barmaid at The Frontier Night Club in Batley.
My catering and hospitality career blossomed from there, from the Tong Village Hotel near Bradford as a bar and restaurant person, to receptionist and conference coordinator at Elstree Moat House, and finally Edgewarebury Hotel where I met my husband, Joel.
