Relax in this family and dog friendly modern refurbished detached house. Bowness village is just 5 mins walk and Lake Windermere a further couple of minutes.
Rear garden: hot tub and summer house with views of Lake Windermere. Balcony from lounge with BBQ and alfresco dining.
Two upstairs bedrooms with King Size beds and own ensuite bathrooms. Two downstairs bedrooms with Superking beds which can be twin on request. One with ensuite bathroom and the other with a bathroom just across the hall.
Lots of private parking space outside on land exclusively owned by the house.
I have been renting and developing residential and commercial property for over 20 years. This development is my first holiday let and something I really enjoyed doing. I have only just listed here but it has been active on other sites for longer with over 100 reviews. Guest feedback and suggestions have led to various upgrades and if you have any suggestions please kindly let me know. The most recent improvement has been to change all the double sockets in the bedrooms, kitchen and lounge to ones that also have USB ports.
Brantlea is at the end of a quiet private road so away from the hustle and bustle but is only a 5 min walk or very short drive into Bowness village. In the village there are multiple pubs, restaurants, take aways, shops and tourist attractions as well as Lake Windermere. Behind the house is National Trust woodland and 80m down the private road there is the start of a footpath which takes you to Post Knott Viewing Point and higher on up to Brantfell for a Panoramic View of Lake Windermere.
Easiest to stay parked at the house if going into Bowness village as only a 5 minute walk.
