Situated on a 15 acre small holding, with incredible views of Dartmoor and the most beautiful sunsets. The small holding is also home to our horses, dogs, cats, chickens and ducks. The occasional fox, deer, squirrel or hedgehog can sometimes be seen strolling through, and a multitude of birds visit. A stroll around our 14 acre hay field can be enjoyed with a bench at the far end of the field to enjoy the views and even a picnic.

Situated on the edge of the village of Rattery, the A38 Devon expressway, although you won't realise it, is less than 5 minutes away, making the moors, local beaches and towns accessible to you. The village has a lovely local pub, The Church House Inn, which can be reached on foot following the public right of way into the centre of the village.
