周边信息
The village of Drymen is home to a number of traditional Scottish pubs, the oldest licensed pub in Scotland. The jewel in our local crown is, undoubtedly, Loch Lomond.
Loch Lomond is known as the gateway to the highlands. Scotland’s largest inland waterway, the Loch offers many amenities from the sedate to the fast paced. Why not take a boat trip from Balmaha to the island of Inchcailloch or many boat trips are available from Balloch (8 miles away) to explore the Loch under the majestic shadow of Ben Lomond. The village of Luss on the western shore of the loch is also well worth a visit.
For those of you who fancy a wee dram, Glengoyne Distillery is only a few miles from Drymen and offers a first class visitor experience, including a tour of the facility and a whisky tasting at the end!
