Blackburn Villa is a substantial house set amidst mature garden grounds just a few minutes walk from Ayr's beautiful beach. With 3 guest rooms to choose from, all on the ground floor, there is also a guest lounge and free wifi throughout the property. Dogs are welcome at Blackburn Villa and there is a large enclosed garden with outdoor furniture for guests' use. There is ample off street parking and disabled access to the side of the property. We are also currently offering evening meals, with vegan and vegetarian a speciality.
You can be sure of a warm welcome at Blackburn Villa from myself, Karen. I love running the B&B, hosting guests from all over the world. I took part in Channel 4's Four in a Bed in 2017, which I am happy to say I won and the same year became Booking dot com's first ever Booking Hero.
Blackburn Villa is a 15 min walk from the centre of Ayr, 15 mins drive from Prestwick Airport and 70 mins from Cairnryan Ferry Terminal. Alloway, the birthplace of Robert Burns, is just 5 mins by car and the impressive Culzean Castle a 25 min drive away.
