With the forest ponies a 2 minute walk away, our pub a 3 minute stroll, world-famous sights, beaches, rivers, fishing, swimming - the only problem is that you won’t want to leave!

Enjoy a peaceful stay at Kingston Cottage, a beautifully styled one-bedroom retreat in the heart of the New Forest. Perfect for relaxing breaks, countryside adventures, or remote working, the cottage offers comfort, privacy, and easy access to forest walks, charming villages, and cosy pubs.
You’ll have the entire cottage to yourself, with a private entrance, exclusive parking with space that can accommodate one large car or two smaller cars., and your own outdoor seating area. Inside, the space features a bright living area, a king-size bedroom with a work desk, and an en-suite shower room. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a fridge, induction hob, air fryer, kettle, toaster, and essentials for light meals.
Enjoy fresh towels, toiletries, quality bedding, and a Ninja BBQ for warmer evenings. Though the cottage is attached to the host’s home, your space is fully private and self-contained.
Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, Kingston Cottage is a perfect base to experience the best of the New Forest. One pet is welcome at an additional fee of fifty pound per stay, playable after the reservation has been confirmed.

Kingston Cottage is in a peaceful and private spot, ideal for a relaxing New Forest escape. The cottage is semi-detached with its own private entrance, courtyard, and off-road parking. I live next door, so I’m nearby if you need anything, but you'll have the space entirely to yourself.
Just 200 metres away is Canada Common a beautiful stretch of open New Forest with grazing ponies and endless walking routes. You're also close to lovely country pubs including The Rockingham Arms and The Lamb Inn, and just a 5-minute drive from Headlands Farm Coffee Shop, a perfect place for breakfast, lunch, or a slice of homemade cake.
The local area is packed with things to do from heritage sites like Mottisfont House and Romsey Abbey, to fun family days out at Paultons Park, Moors Valley Country Park, and Calshot Activity Centre. And if you fancy a beach day, Lepe, Mudeford Quay, and Bournemouth Beach are all within easy reach.
