We are a Family run business which specialise in Weddings and have now branched out and converted our stunning old barn into bedrooms. We offer a self check in and out process to make your stay as comfortable as possible .

We have a converted barn building with in the Ribble valley, we offer accommodation for both families and couples. We can also accommodate families of up to 6 guest with in one room. We have 2 suites which sleep up to 4 guests with patio doors and make up stations which are ideal for getting ready if you have a special day ahead. We are 1.5 miles from the historical town center of Clitheroe which host our famous Cltheroe Castle.

Our signature rooms are located within a old stone built barn, neighboring our working farm. The Barn sits in the rural location of the beautiful Ribble Valley country side in the heart of an area of outstanding natural beauty. Providing our guest with the opportunity to explore the area on foot, bike or car. We are 4 miles from Clitheroe town center and surrounded by an amazing array of pubs and restaurants providing award winning food and service.
