Main attractions within walking distance are The Royal Botanical Gardens and the Royal Yacht Britannia. Also, we have a wonderful park area which boasts 2 play areas for children. The shore area has many fine restaurants is only 15 minutes walk from the front door. We also have a convenience store directly opposite which now has a newly installed cash dispenser. The Water of Leith walkway is only a few minutes away if you're interested in walking for exercise. Ocean Terminal shopping complex which hosts a Vue cinema complex is also just 15 minutes walk away. Newhaven harbour is 10 minutes walk as is the David Lloyd club for fitness enthusiasts.
