Located on the beautiful Graylingwell development, surrounded by parks and gardens. A mid terrace Victorian home, beautifully modernised in 2012. Guests have own private entrance and the sole use of third floor with large bedroom and a shower room. Please note there are 2 flights of fairly steep carpeted stairs. A very quiet area as no through traffic allowed and parking is all privately managed. Less than 5 min walk away, 2 lovely cafes in Pavillion and chapel offer wonderful food, drinks and ambience. 10 min walk from theatre and 15 mins from City centre. Bus stop 2 min walk away
