Holiday apartment on the Quin Swanage, Dorset, UK, with superb sea views.
It has 3 bedrooms (Master King, Double and Twins) and sleeps 6. There is 1 additional spare bed (z-bed).
The apartment is on the ground floor in a small block of nine situated on the waterfront of Swanage. The lounge/diner and two of the bedrooms feature panoramic views of the whole bay of Swanage. Even in bad weather the views can be spectacular, particularly when the sea is rough and the waves crash over the quayside and have been known to splash the windows!!
From the flat it is a short level walk to the main Swanage beach and town centre. In front of the flat is the old Stone Quay with fishing or sightseeing boat trips, and a small beach.
The road directly behind the flat contains many restaurants and pubs, enabling guests to wander out of an evening without worrying about driving. There is reserved parking for 2 vehicles in a gated complex.
The flat normally sleeps up to 6 adults, although a z bed is also provided.
The flat has full gas central heating with instant hot water and is double glazed.
We offer free fibre broadband wifi.
The flat is suitable for the elderly and limited mobility.
Apartment is in a great location on the quayside with superb sea views. I love to swim the length of the beach and back. Straight from the doorstep!
