Stay in a 20 m² yurt nestled in a green haven at SÏvåñă Oasis de Lumière — an eco-retreat perched on the hills of Tourves, surrounded by oak trees, open skies, and deep tranquility. Far enough to enjoy the silence, yet close enough to explore, the yurt offers a unique stay in harmony with nature and simplicity. You’ll be at the gateway to several remarkable sites: – The Sainte-Baume massif, crisscrossed with forest trails and home to the grotto of Mary Magdalene, a revered pilgrimage site. – The Caramy Gorges, wild and refreshing, perfect for hiking, swimming, and quiet contemplation. – Nearby hilltop villages, local Var markets, the Lac de Sainte-Croix, and even the Cassis calanques are all within an hour’s drive. Inside the yurt, a double bed invites restful sleep, gently rocked by the sounds of nature — birds at dawn, frogs at dusk. The resident cats may occasionally pass by, adding a touch of warmth and familiarity. Outdoor facilities include composting toilets and solar showers for a low-impact and authentic experience close to nature. You will also have access to: – a functional shared kitchen, – a chill-out space to read, relax or simply be, – a dome space for meditative, creative or movement practices, – and a charging station for your electronic devices. Depending on availability, you may also share home-cooked meals with the residents, in a spirit of simplicity, connection, and joyful togetherness. Please note: bed linen and towels are not provided. Access is via a narrow country road, not suitable for very low or oversized vehicles (such as camper vans).
