Unlike our old stone property this time we have chosen the beauty of natural wood. A very warm and calm environment to live in that blends in with the surrounding forest. In an elevated position we have lovely views across to Treignac and the surrounding countryside. It is furnished in a modern style designed for rest and tranquility and user friendly. Just a few minutes from the local supermarket, centre of Treignac and the local lakeside beach
My husband and I have lived in France since retiring in 2003 and have run Gites and B&B for the last 16 years. We have had the pleasure of meeting many people, and also keeping many of them as friends. Nine years ago we moved from "Les Prats" to Le Poncheral and because we missed meeting people we constructed Woodlands Cottage for rentals. The cottage has hosted many satisfied customers who come for the joy of the countryside and its quiet aspect. We still enjoy meeting new people
