In the residential district of Le Prieuré in Dinard, a renowned seaside resort, this renovated town house combines the charm of the past with a warm, contemporary decor. Right next to the Port Breton park and the Prieuré beach, which offers the best view of St Malo, this beautiful 160 m² family home has two floors and an adjoining outbuilding, and offers: On the first floor, a toilet with shower for returning from the beach. A large, warm and friendly living-dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen with a large cooking piano. On the second floor, 3 large bedrooms with double beds, one of which is equipped with a cot, and a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub. On the second floor, 2 double bedrooms and a children's bedroom with bunk beds, plus a shower room with Italian shower and separate toilet. Adjoining the house is an outbuilding offering a ground-floor kitchenette with sofa, TV and small dining table, plus a shower room with toilet. Upstairs, accessed via a spiral staircase, is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi, fibre optics - Dinard central beach 2km away (Plage de L'Ecluse) // supermarket with gas station 3km away (Intermarché Pleurtuit) - Parties and soirées are not permitted due to the proximity of the neighborhood and the naturally calm and relaxing environment. We will be vigilant about any nuisance, and are counting on you to adopt the rules of good neighborliness so that your stay will be a pleasant memory for everyone. - End-of-stay cleaning does not include routine tasks such as cleaning and putting away dishes, cleaning the barbecue or taking out the rubbish. A supplement will be charged if Cocoonr is asked to do this for you. - Pets are not allowed. On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialized in “ready-to-live-in” rentals, who will be on hand to help you make the most of your stay.
