The Villa is ideally located in the center of Nice, in the Libération district, close to Bas Cimiez. In the immediate vicinity of means of transport: Tram (Libération stop) and bus. You will reach Nice Ville train station in 5 minutes on foot. Place Masséna and Old Nice are 3 stations or 15 minutes away on foot, just behind is the Promenade des Anglais. The very lively Libération district is sought after by the people of Nice for its daily market, its shops and small restaurants. There are numerous nearby cultural and tourist attractions: Matisse and Chagall museums, Cimiez monastery and arena garden, the Russian Orthodox cathedral. Want a getaway outside of Nice? The car is not necessary, the immediate proximity to the different means of transport will allow you to easily discover the entire region. By train you will have easy access to Antibes, Cannes, Monaco (20 minutes by train). The Provence railway company also serves the hinterland as far as Digne. Italy is only a few steps away (40 minutes by train). By bus, you can reach typical villages like St Paul de Vence.
