A three minute walk from the centre of Chablis, Riverside Lodge is the perfect base for a visit to this beautiful world-renowned wine town. The modern two bedroom, two bathroom accommodation is housed in an ancient barn attached to the owner’s house. Set among peaceful gardens and with a private terrace enjoying river frontage the property, whilst being within easy walking distance of all the local amenities, is a haven of tranquility.

Chablis has been our life-long passion and we are only too pleased to share our love of the region and its wines with our guests. We are always on hand for advice and help with wine tastings, restaurant reservations or any other requests. We are also very mindful that some guests just like to do their own thing!

If you are visiting Chablis you probably don’t need us to tell you that you will be enjoying one of the world’s greatest wines. But you may not know that as well as it’s fabulously friendly vignerons the small town also boasts a dozen or more restaurants and bars (all within a 5 minute walk of Riverside Lodge), 3 superb bakeries, and every other amenity you might need. Parking in Chablis is extensive and free. But from Riverside Lodge everything is within walking distance. Surrounding the town are some 20 other ‘Chablis’ villages which are within easy cycling, walking, running or driving distance. Auxerre is the nearest major town and Dijon and Beaune - the heart of the Côte d’Or - are a 90 minute drive away.
