Close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Elysées, the''Résidence Palais Étoile'' is an elegant Haussmannian building composed of 12 luxurious new 2-room apartments.
The residence offers the highest level of comfort with a large living room, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bedroom and bathroom.
Each room is equipped with a double bed ( Queen size/ 140 cm) with excellent quality bedding.
The living room is furnished with a sofa bed for 2 persons ( queen size/140 cm) and a dining area.
Some apartments also offer a single bed armchair (twin/90 cm) which can accommodate between 1 and 5 people depending on the apartment.

Full payment is due 7 days before your arrival date, at which time you will receive a 3D secure payment link to pay for your stay.
This payment link will enable you to make your payment yourself, in complete security, with the credit card you provided on Booking or with the credit card of your choice.
For all stays of more than 5 nights, we will collect the amount of the first night 30 days before your arrival date and the balance of the stay, 7 days before your arrival date, on which date you will receive the secure payment link.
In the event of cancellation within 7 days of arrival, the first night's deposit will be refunded in full.
For info: Early/late check-in/out can be requested and subject to availability, at an additional cost of 120 euros.
The daily housekeeper costs are not included in our rates and a possibility to benefit from this service is available on request at 25 euros / hour.
