Set in a 20-hectare estate planted with trees, this residence offers air-conditioned apartments and villas. They are located between 150 meters (beside the beach without view) and 1 km (10-15 minutes) from Santa Giulia beach for villas up on the hill with sea view and apartments. There is a heated swimming pool within the residence. The villas and apartments in Residence Marina Di Santa Giulia feature a bright living room and bay windows and can accommodate up to 10 people. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace, balcony OR garden with barbecue OR plancha. Some have a private hot tub or swimming pool. A chargeable laundry service is available upon request. Guests can pay to use the residence’s padel courts. They can also buy souvenirs at the on-site gift shop. Marina Di Santa Giulia is 24 km from Figari-Sud Airport and 6 km from central Porto-Vecchio. Private parking is possible on site.

The Residence Marina di Santa Giulia offers villas and apartments in our 4 villages: Marina, Hacienda, Paese and Paesolu. MARINA is 100 to 200m from the beach. A green oasis downhill, it consists of mini-villas with enclosed private patios for sunbathing in total privacy. HACIENDA is between 800m to 1km from the sea, the apartments of this village are all air conditioned. Located on the first or ground floor, they have sunny terraces. PAESE is located 700m to 900m from the beach, the Paese Village is a quiet and private area with a secure entrance and digicode. The villas are equipped with beautiful terraces and gardens. PAESOLU is 800m to 1km from the sea, built on a hillside. It has the particularity to overlook the bay and offers stunning views of the sea and Sardinia. The villas are ideally located with south facing terraces to enjoy maximum sunshine.
