This residence is located in the city centre of Lille, in the heart of the business district and between Lille-Flandres and Lille-Europe Train Stations, less than 600 metres from each. It proposes apartments with free internet access, 8 km from Pierre Mauroy Stadium, 1.2 km from Nouveau Siècle Convention Centre and 850 metres from Lille Grand Palais. Each studio or apartment includes a flat-screen TV with cable channels. All have a desk, sofa bed and an en suite bathroom with bathtub or shower. Breakfast is available each morning in the form of a buffet. You can prepare other meals in the fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area and hot plates. Séjours & Affaires Lille Europe is easily accessible from the N356 motorway, a 12-minute drive away. Lille-Lesquin is 10.8 km away and the citadel of Lille is a 30-minute walk. Reception hours : Monday to Friday: 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. / 1 ​​p.m. to 10 p.m. (these times are subject to change depending on the establishment's constraints). Our hotel residence offers you a wide choice of 113 flats, from studios to 3 rooms, all fully furnished and equipped : kitchen with crockery and cutlery, desk area, shower room and flat-screen TV. We provide towels and sheets. Beds are ready when you arrive. You will appreciate the facilities and services provided free of charge, such as WiFi internet access, free luggage storage (open from 7am to 12pm and from 1pm to 10pm on weekdays and from 8am at weekends) and weekly housekeeping.
