Vacancéole - Résidence Cap Camargue

Guests are required to contact Vacancéole after booking to get all the necessary information regarding your stay (reception opening hours, accommodation address, additional services available, things to do in the area and other practical information).

Guests planning to arrive outside of reception opening hours are requested to call the property in advance in order to arrange a check-in time.

Please note that only 1 pet per accommodation is allowed, for an extra charge of EUR 12 per day.

Please note that for stays of 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are provided. Change of sheets and towels is possible on request and at an additional cost. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price, with the exception of the kitchen area and crockery, which must be cleaned by guests. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the price, but are available at an extra charge.

For group bookings (5 units or more) group conditions may apply: prepayment of the total amount at the time of booking and cancellation possible up to 45 days before arrival. Please contact us for further information.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A security deposit of EUR 300.0 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
