The reception is open from 06:30 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 on weekdays, and from 07:00 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 on weekends and public holidays.

If you plan on arriving outside the opening hours, please contact the hotel directly. The telephone number is indicated on the confirmation of reservation.

Please specify the number and the age of the guests during the reservation process.

Please note that special conditions may apply for bookings of 7 rooms or more.

For any reservation after 9pm, credit cards will be debited.

Outside of reception opening hours, head to the hotel entrance where a machine allows you to retrieve your room number and access code at any time.

To do this, take your booking number and credit card for payment, then follow the instructions displayed on the screen.

The access code to your room also opens the gate and the door of the hotel lobby if applicable.
