Our house is called a Malouniere. A house built by a corsair in St. Malo. These houses were built at the beginning of the 18 th century in the Clos Poulet one hour by horse back from St. Malo. After Monsieur Trauchandieres made his fortune going to Rio in 1711 he then built his house finished in 1714.
High ceilings a handmade staircase from the ship,oak beams throughout, this house has charm and atmosphere!
Claude and myself, Agnes are young retired. We love kids and have 8 grandchildren of our own around the world. We have lived abroad in 5 countries and Claude speaks 6 languages.
It is fun to talk and use our languages and find out what is happening around the world from our guests!
I love old houses and fixing them up and bringing one back to life. A big old place should be filled with people and the B and B does that!
Between Mont St Michel and St. Malo plus dinan there is lots to see! We are I the calm but 10 minutes from St. Malo
The walks by the sea are amazing
