Hello, I'm Jeremy, 40 years old. I've been renting this apartment for the last 10 years in this neighborhood I love so much. I was lucky enough to spend most of my holidays in this apartment as a child before I was able to buy it.

Entirely refurbished and redecorated with taste in 2025, this 645 ft² apartment (+ another independant 152ft² that can be rented all together or separetely) is located in Cannes’ best neighborhood with a 430 ft² large terrace full south ! Thanks to the secured key box, you can access the apartment by yourself, day or night, without disturbing anyone. Bedding has just been changed for more comfort. The apartment is ideal for families, group of friends or even business. Perfect for 2 to 4 people… 6 people Max - The living room is air-conditionned and furbished with 2 comfortable convertible sofas and television ; - The bedroom is also air-conditionned with its Queensize bed and direct access to the terrace ; - The bathroom is modern and equiped with heater-towel, italian shower and suspended toilet ; - The kitchen is fully equiped and comes with all the ustensils you would need ; - The entrance hall is very practical to put down some of your stuff. At the ground floor of a peaceful residence, it is very ease to park around at anytime of the year.

Probably the best neighborhood to stay in Cannes! - Croisette and seafront are 100 yards for the apartment - Quiet and residential neighborhood with plenty of free parking around - French bakery/pastryshop + little supermarket 50 yards away - Everything on foot: Beaches, children playground, restaurants, bars, luxury boutiques, Palais des Festivals, nightclubs, casinos… Parking tip : If you arrive with a car, you can park alongside the residence by the terrace. It is very practical drop off all your luggage. Then, you can easilly park around freely and safely on the street at anytime of the year. For public transports: there are buses all along the Croisette. The train station is not that far either. You can also use Uber or taxis.
