The apartment is located a stone's throw from Riquier Station. It is also a 10-minute walk from the Port and Place du Pin, and a 13-minute walk from Place Garibaldi. It is close to supermarkets, restaurants, and all public transportation. The plus is during the Carnaval season in February, you will see the floats directly from the living room as the flat is in the street of the "House of the Carnaval".
