Superb apartment in the heart of the corsair city. Entirely renovated with noble materials, it is perfectly equipped to allow you to spend a pleasant stay. You will be 2 minutes walk from the beaches, ramparts and entertainment of the city.
My name is Gildas and I raise only my little boy, Jules, who was born in 2015. Originally from Saint Malo, I propose my apartment to discover this region rich in history and heritage.
In the heart of the Corsair City, this luxury apartment will charm you from the first moments and you will keep a memorable memory. Restoration and decoration tastefully, spacious, 1 beds of 160 cm, and 1 other bed of 140cm. Free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, Bodum coffee maker, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with washing machine, will make you feel right at home. It is the perfect starting point for your walks on the ramparts or for your excursions on the coast. Beds are made upon arrival and towels provided and included in the price of the rental and end of stay cleaning. The apartment does not have parking. If you are transported there are several options. The underground car park Saint-Vincent offers 481 parking spaces at the foot of Intra-Muros. It is managed by Q-Park, which offers users various services, such as strollers and umbrellas. The other option is to park in the Paul Feval car park. The parking-relay is located at the entrance of the city, near the racecourse of Marville. Parking relay Paul Féval parking is open all year.
