Property information

The Julianna is a residence of 5 modern spacious apartments, between 75 to 134m². Each hosting between 6 to 10 people with amazing mountain views and traditional chalet decor.This apartment has the following fittings: Fitted kitchen (hob, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker), playstation 5 Wi-Fi, Smart TV with international channels and Chromecast etc... The Julianna is managed by the Stragliati family. Included in the price : - We cook and deliver bread and croissants every morning ( all year round ) - We drive you to the lift of your choice ( in winter ) - We collect your food shopping ( ordered at carrefour drive ) so that when you get back from the slopes, you have everything you need ( in winter ) - We provide you a secure room to store your bikes ( and a private dryer for shoes and jackets ! ), we also provide you a pipe to clean your bike. Our beautiful heated swimming pool is now open all year round ( can be covered or not according to the weather ) Essentials are provided when you arrive to give you time before you have to stock up (toilet paper, water, salt, pepper, kitchen roll, etc.) and beds are made on arrival . We have a big outdoor parking ! If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. At the end of the Winter, we will be adding an official link to Julianna on the existing Ours Blanc website.
