The Hüb is the new concept of the Privilodges group, specialist in accommodation for business, leisure and student tourism, for short, medium or long stay for over 30 years. Already present in 8 sites in France, the group has acquired recognized know-how in the design and management of living residences designed to integrate into an urban environment, closed to places of life and main transport axes.

Welcome to Le Hüb by Privilodges in the heart of the Grenoble Europole district, the Hüb was designed as a 'multi-life' residence, welcoming in the same place various profiles of visitors. Students, businessmen and women on the move, families traveling, backpackers, local residents ... the Hüb's goal is to mix generations, nationalities and personalities. The challenge for this new urban living space is to succeed both in promoting interactions and exchanges between residents and visitors, while respecting the rhythms of each person. The place has been designed in this direction. On the ground floor, the Spöt, a 150sqm coliving space, completed by the Patiö, a 500sqm outdoor garden, features a lounge-snack bar area, a relaxation and coworking area and a fitness room ... Places are opened to everybody including the inhabitants of the district so that they come to enjoy the daily activities and share a friendly moment with the residents.

Le Hüb is located in the Grenoble Europole district, near the train station, GEM (Grenoble Ecole de Management) or the World Trade Center, which organizes several congresses and conferences each year. Located on the way of la Presqu’ile, it is also close to new places of activity and research - Minatec, CEA, CNRS, etc. In the current context which sees the network of urban transports regularly saturated, the proximity of Le Hüb with the nerve centers business and leisure thus takes all its sense.
