Reception Opening Hours:

Sunday to Friday: 09:00-12:00 and 15:00-19:00

Saturday: 08:00-12:30 and 15:00-20:00

Check-out by 12:00 daily, except on a Saturday, when check-out is by 10:00 latest.

Please note that for all arrivals outside of reception hours, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organise check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation.

A deposit in the amount indicated below must be paid on arrival:

- EUR 800 for the villas

- EUR 400 for houses

Houses are adapted for people with reduced mobility and can be booked on request.

The linen is included (towels, bed linen).

Baby equipment is available upon reservation, and it includes cot linen, high chair and baby bath.

Pets are allowed (2 maximum/ housing) and cost EUR 39 per week or EUR 7 per night.

Guests have free access to the spa upon reservation including a relaxation room, a hydro-therapy pool and a counter-current swimming pool. Access to the sauna and hammam is for an additional charge.

Children from 10 years old can access the spa accompanied by an adult.

A free entertainment program is offered for children during school holidays and in July and August for adults. It includes fitness classes, sports tournaments and Karaoke. Aquabiking is available upon reservation.

Please note that end of stay cleaning (for 7 nights or more) must be done. If not, a supplement will be charged.

You can book an option for end of stay cleaning directly at the reception. Please contact the property for the price.

A damage deposit of € 800 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out.
